Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused hardware in its original box, ensuring all components and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
